Terms of use for the AI assistant service

  1. Provider and purpose. Isaksson Finder Marketing AB, Swedish company registration number 559601-8209, provides this service to private individuals and businesses looking for service companies for their own needs. These terms cover the AI assistant search service.
  2. Cost. Finder does not charge you for using this search service. Your assistant provider may have its own charges. Any work or service you later order from a company is subject to a separate agreement and its own price.
  3. Results. The service displays information about companies connected to our sites and links to our sites. It does not cover every company in the market. It does not provide professional advice, binding prices or a guarantee of availability, quotes or the quality of a company's work. Tell us if you find an error. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
  4. Requests and orders. The service does not submit quote requests, contact companies or place orders. To request quotes, you must open our site, check the details and submit the form yourself under the terms presented there. A search or generated link does not itself create an order for work.
  5. Permitted use. You may use the service, including through an AI assistant, for searches supporting your own service needs, whether private or for your business. An assistant provider may access the service to carry out those searches on your behalf. Bulk extraction, building or reselling company databases, bypassing search limits and disrupting the service are not permitted. Use for other independent commercial purposes requires our separate agreement.
  6. Availability and changes. We may apply proportionate usage limits or suspend access to address misuse, security problems or legal requirements. We may update or discontinue the service for technical, operational or legal reasons. Where reasonably practicable, we will give advance notice of a material change or discontinuation. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen or alter requests already submitted under a site's terms. Updated terms apply to subsequent use, subject to applicable consumer law.
  7. Law and consumer rights. Swedish law governs these terms. If mandatory consumer-protection rules in the country where you normally live apply to your use of the service, you retain their protection. These terms do not restrict any right you have under mandatory law to bring a claim in a competent court.
